Our Approach to Production & Delivery

At The Alignment Studio, we believe in creating with intention.

Rather than producing large quantities in advance, our physical products are made to order by selected production partners.

We have also considered how our products reach our customers. By offering dedicated European and US ordering routes, we aim to make the journey from production to delivery as practical and efficient as possible.

A little more care goes into the process, and we appreciate your patience.

Below, you'll find everything you need to know before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Production

Our Stargate Alignment Mats are produced specifically after you place your order.

Production normally takes approximately 5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

After production, your order is prepared for shipment and handed over to the delivery carrier.

This means your mat is not immediately dispatched from pre-produced stock.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Under normal circumstances, we expect the complete process, including production and shipping, to take approximately 2 weeks.

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.

The delivery period may vary depending on your location, selected production route, carrier availability, public holidays and customs processing.

Any specific delivery commitment shown on the product page or agreed with you will apply to your order.

If we cannot meet an agreed delivery period, we will inform you where appropriate and respect your applicable consumer rights.

Shipping Updates & Carrier Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by an independent shipping carrier.

We provide tracking information whenever available, so you can follow your order's journey and stay informed about its delivery progress.

While we carefully select our production and fulfilment partners, we do not directly control carrier schedules or transport operations.

During busy seasonal periods, public holidays or unexpected transport disruptions, deliveries may occasionally take longer than estimated.

We appreciate your understanding when this happens.

If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us. We will help investigate the situation with the carrier and work towards an appropriate solution.

Your statutory consumer rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

3. European & US Ordering Routes

We have arranged regional production and fulfilment options with our customers in mind.

European customers — EU route

For customers within the European Union, we recommend selecting the EU ordering route.

This route is designed to use European production and fulfilment where available, helping to reduce unnecessary international shipping and customs complications.

United States customers — US route

For customers in the United States, we recommend selecting the US ordering route.

This route is designed to use US production and fulfilment where available, helping to simplify the delivery process.

Customers in other countries

We offer worldwide shipping to destinations supported by our checkout and fulfilment partners.

The most suitable available route may depend on your location and the product ordered.

4. Choosing Your Ordering Route

Please select the ordering route intended for your delivery region and check your selection carefully before completing your purchase.

Our product pages are designed to help you identify the appropriate option.

Once an order has entered production, changing the production route may no longer be possible.

If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately. We will check whether a correction is still possible.

We cannot guarantee changes to the production route after production has started.

This does not affect your statutory rights, including rights relating to incorrect fulfilment by us, applicable cancellation rights or defective products.

5. Shipping Costs

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges may depend on your location, selected product, production route and available carrier services.

Please review the total order amount before completing your purchase.

6. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Our regional ordering routes are intended to help customers avoid unnecessary cross-border shipping and associated import complications.

For example, products produced and shipped within the EU customs territory generally do not incur customs import duties.

However, customs requirements depend on the actual production origin, shipping destination and applicable import rules.

For international shipments, additional import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees or carrier handling charges may apply.

Where such charges are payable by the customer, we will provide the required information before purchase.

Unless duties and taxes are expressly included in the purchase price or collected in advance, applicable import charges that have been properly disclosed and are legally payable by the recipient are the customer's responsibility.

We cannot guarantee that every international shipment will be free from customs charges.

If we have made an error in processing your order, or if additional charges arise because required information was not properly provided, we will address the matter in accordance with applicable law.

7. Order Confirmation & Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Once your physical product has been shipped, we will send you a shipping notification.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please allow some time for carrier tracking updates to appear.

8. Delivery Address

Please carefully review your delivery address before confirming your purchase.

If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to correct the address before dispatch where this is still possible.

Once production or shipping preparations have started, certain changes may not be possible.

Any additional delivery costs directly resulting from an incorrect address supplied by the customer may be charged where permitted by law and communicated appropriately.

Our statutory responsibilities for delivery remain unaffected.

9. Delayed, Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost or is significantly delayed, please contact us.

Include your order number and a brief explanation. Photographs may help us assess damage.

We will work with the relevant production or delivery partner to investigate the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

The Alignment Studio remains responsible for fulfilling its delivery obligations in accordance with applicable consumer law.

10. Changes & Cancellations

Because our physical products are made to order, production may begin shortly after your order is placed.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee production changes once manufacturing has started.

However, made-to-order production does not automatically remove the statutory right of withdrawal for standard, non-personalised products.

11. Digital Products — Inner Alignment Journey

Our digital products, including card decks, guided journals, companions and downloadable collections, are delivered digitally.

They are normally available for immediate download after successful payment.

You will receive an email with access or download instructions.

No physical shipping charges apply to digital-only purchases.

If you experience difficulty accessing your files, please contact us.
