Welcome to The Alignment Studio.

These Terms of Service explain the conditions that apply when you visit our website or purchase products from our store.

The Alignment Studio is operated by Purity of Creation, a business established in the Netherlands.

Our collection includes digital products available for download and physical products produced to order by selected production partners.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them before completing your purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Our Products

We aim to describe and present our products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Our products include:

Digital products

Digital card decks, guided journals, companions and downloadable collections, including the Inner Alignment Journey.

Physical products

Stargate Alignment Mats and other physical products that may be introduced to our collection.

Physical products may be produced and shipped by independent production partners after an order is placed.

We make reasonable efforts to show colours, dimensions and materials accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, materials and production processes.

3. Orders and Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Before completing your purchase, you will have the opportunity to review the products, quantities, prices and available delivery options.

An order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods available at checkout.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website. Applicable taxes and any additional delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase, in accordance with applicable law.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product information errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact you and respect your applicable legal rights.

4. Digital Products and Access

Digital products are normally made available for download immediately after payment has been completed.

After your purchase, you will receive an email with instructions for accessing your digital files.

Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you have suitable software to open the file formats described on the product page.

Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

Under applicable consumer law, digital purchases may be subject to a statutory withdrawal period.

Where you expressly consent to immediate digital delivery before the withdrawal period ends, acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once delivery begins, and receive the legally required confirmation, your withdrawal right is lost when digital delivery begins.

If these conditions have not been fulfilled, your applicable withdrawal rights remain in place.

Your legal rights concerning faulty or non-conforming digital content remain unaffected.

5. Personal Use of Digital Products

Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, purchasing a digital product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, save, print and use the purchased material for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may print copies for your own personal use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share the original digital files with others.

• Reproduce or distribute the materials for commercial purposes.

• Upload purchased files to public platforms or file-sharing services.

• Present our original materials or designs as your own work.

• Use the materials to create products for resale.

Nothing in this section restricts uses that are permitted by mandatory law.

6. Physical Products and Production

Our physical products, including Stargate Alignment Mats, are generally produced after an order has been placed.

This approach helps us avoid unnecessary stock and produce according to demand.

Orders may be fulfilled by selected production partners in different regions, depending on product availability and delivery destination.

Estimated production and delivery information will be provided on the website or during checkout.

Production and shipping times may vary.

If a delay occurs, we will handle it in accordance with applicable consumer law and keep you informed where appropriate.

Regional Ordering Routes

To make international fulfilment more practical, The Alignment Studio offers dedicated European and US ordering routes.

Customers are asked to select the route appropriate for their delivery destination and verify their selection before completing a purchase.

Production normally takes approximately 5 business days, with an estimated total delivery period of around 2 weeks under normal circumstances.

Once manufacturing has started, changes to the selected production route may no longer be possible.

Any additional import charges payable by the customer will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these conditions limits statutory consumer rights or our legal responsibilities for fulfilling the order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Physical products are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.

Please check your address carefully before placing an order.

Available shipping destinations, delivery charges and estimated delivery periods are displayed where applicable.

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties or local taxes. Any additional charges for which the customer is responsible will be explained before purchase where required by law.

We remain responsible for delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including the rules governing loss or damage before goods are received by the customer or a designated recipient.

8. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

We want our customers to understand their options before and after making a purchase.

Physical Products

Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days after receiving their physical product.

Standard products that are produced after ordering are not automatically excluded from this right.

Products genuinely made according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalised may qualify for a legal exception. Where applicable, this will be explained before purchase.

Digital Products

Digital products are generally available for immediate download.

The conditions concerning immediate digital delivery and the potential loss of the statutory right of withdrawal are explained in Section 4 and our Return & Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains how to request a return or refund, applicable deadlines, return shipping costs and the refund process.

Nothing in these Terms of Service removes or restricts mandatory statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.

The content of The Alignment Studio, including original texts, illustrations, card designs, journal layouts, photographs, graphics, logos and other creative materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These materials belong to Purity of Creation, The Alignment Studio or their respective rights holders.

You may browse our website and use purchased products in accordance with their intended purpose and the licence described in Section 5.

You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit our original content without permission, except where permitted by law.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved.

You agree to use our website lawfully and respectfully.
